It is tough to fill your days after a spell as a reality star.
But former Spin Crowd favourite has clearly found her niche after enjoying yet another beach odyssey in Florida on Monday.
She looked like she was having a great time as she effortlessly paddled in the surf in a skimpy bikini.
The 28-year-old then made it look easy when she leapt onto a towel to soak up some rays on Miami Beach.
And it was harder than it looked, for she had donned a particularly skimpy multicoloured two-piece for her latest outing.
Of course, as any former reality television personality will testify, sometimes the soft sands do not supply quite enough spinal support, which was surely the reason she later retreated from her coveted spot on the sand.
